I am supposed to rest tomorrow but with another spin class in the morning....something will have to give somewhere to be able to race Thanksgiving day with the results I want.
Friday's Workout:
AM 45 min Spin Class
PM 1hr. Spin Class ILT drills
Saturday's Workout:
Run 8 miles (12:35)

Indeed, I remember one of the toughest things about being a fitness instructor was fitting in my own workouts and getting enough rest. I hope you do better than I did!

I never thought about how the instructors fit their own training/rest schedules in! Good luck finding some recovery time so you can meet your goals this week!
