I want to thank all of you for your support and belief in me. So many of you had such wise positive words, like having my own personal Dr. Phil's minus the annoyance. I am eating better, feeling better, and getting back to tri training minus the running which will be subbed with deep water pool running for now. I had morning after thoughts about deleting the previous post, but it keeps me in check right now. I will leave you some miscellaneous tidbits. Catch up with you guys after my ride tonight.... First that Iron Girl clip gave me butterflies like I want to do that today!! Can you imagine..just between you and I Viv..wearing just a swimsuit for the whole race? Umm...hello? OUCH!
Second I played high school basketball..I know, a little Javamom trivia right there...and you have to love a little chick fight on the court. Good times. Me? I would run and cry while the girls were fighting but you know it's all good.

A Real Person!!! As the lady in the comment above just said. Sometimes we think we are the only ones who feel like things are just over the top, but there are many - hence why we read other peopls blogs I guess.
